Villas jumelées Art déco, Jozef Nellenslaan 17-19 — Knokke-Heist

Pair of semi-detached villas built in 1934 on the corner of Kruindreef; number 17 bears the name "Zomerweelde". It is the last in a row of paired Art Deco villas on Jozef Nellenslaan (numbers 9-11, 13-15 and 17-19), the other two pairs having been heavily altered in materials and volumes. The inventory notes the balanced proportion between brick and imitation stone. They are recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
