Résidence Serenite — Knokke-Heist

"Serenite" block of flats, possibly a former hotel, built in 1928 to a design by the Bruges architect Lucien Coppé, who signed the building. The four-storey volume with Art Deco detailing has a ground floor with octagonal columns, side projections with oriels, pilasters with cement ornament and a cornice on brackets. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
