A villa built in 1934 in Duinbergen (Knokke-Heist), whose architect is illegible in the archives, combining Art Deco and modernism. Set on a round terrace containing the entrance, it appears to sit on a plateau. The inventory notes fine massing, a sober arrangement of windows and a striking corner window; the alternating materials have since been painted over.
