Résidence Duin — Knokke-Heist

Apartment building erected around 1936 on the Albertstrand seafront to designs by the Duinbergen architect Pierre Agon, in a style combining Art Deco and the International Style. Built on a concrete frame, it is organised around an eight-storey corner tower, a seven-storey entrance section and two six-storey wings under flat roofs. The horizontal window bands and corner windows reflect the International Style, while the crowning of the entrance bears the building's name in Art Deco lettering. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
