The "St. Yves" villa, in cottage and Art Deco style, built in 1928 to designs by the architect Florimond Vervalcke. The white-painted brick building on a low black plinth has a projecting half-timbered gable whose wooden beam rests on two stepped brackets. The entrance, the stained-glass window and the small gates carry an Art Deco touch.
