Eclectic town house signed by the Ostend architect André-Louis Daniëls, built around 1924 as a summer residence for a Frenchman, according to the inventory. It comprises a caretaker's lodge, a gate opening onto an inner courtyard and the house itself, and has been a protected monument since 2001. The interior includes a neo-rococo-tinged south salon and a vestibule with a mosaic floor bordered by stylised floral motifs.
