Villa Art déco, Ommegangstraat 42 — Zwevegem

This semi-detached Art Deco villa was built in 1943, according to cadastral records, to replace a destroyed house. A double-fronted house in yellow brick, it is enlivened by varied brickwork, including toothed courses and soldier courses. The left bay is marked by a rounded oriel topped by an openwork parapet, and the entrance is a round-arched porch. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
