This Art Deco town house dates from around 1933, according to the cadastral change sketches. Its yellow-brick façade rests on a bluestone base and is finished with a cemented and painted frieze. The wide window bay, framed by two moulded corner pilasters, carries a two-sided oriel with geometric brickwork. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
