Town house built in 1935 according to the land registry, with one door bay and one window bay, and lower adjoining buildings, possibly works buildings, and a garage; it now belongs to the Vrije Centrumschool. Its cornice façade of yellow brick with ribbon joints connects with Art Deco through its raised door bay and moulded porch with canopy, and is decorated with red and black brick for the plinth, mullions and surrounds. A horizontal white-painted concrete band separates the ground floor from the upper floor, whose windows keep their typical tubular profiles. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
