Maison Art déco, Deerlijkstraat 25 — Zwevegem

Art Deco town house of around 1929 (cadastral mutation sketch of 1929). The yellow-brick façade on a bluestone plinth has a wide corner window bay marked by a diagonal pilaster strip with a characteristic ball ornament, with a round-cornered bay window on the upper floor. The geometrically composed door bay combines a corner pilaster strip, a pilaster and a stair window with coloured leaded glass, above a recessed porch with a rounded corner. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
