Three-façade Art Deco villa by the architect H. Lamotte Devaster, 1930. The façades, mostly rendered and punctuated by brick piers, rise over three storeys and a high basement beneath a mansard roof. On the street side, the left-hand bay is fronted by a trapezoidal oriel carrying a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, onto which opens the French window of a stepped dormer gable; a second oriel of similar design occupies the corner, with a pedestrian door reached by a flight of steps. The inventory notes the Art Deco ironwork of the railings, of the stair banisters and newels and of the original boundary fence, as well as an elegant wrought-iron door in the side annex. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
