House built in 1937 by the architect Albert Ghequière for a certain Van Lantschoot. Built in white stone, it has two angled bow windows on the two upper floors, widely opened by slender metal frames. Its particularly deep overhanging wooden cornice is typical of the 'Paquebot' (ocean-liner) spirit.
