House in the Paquebot (ocean-liner) style built in 1933 by the architect Albert Ghequière for Judge J. Balon, on the corner of the Avenue de la Pairelle, set back behind a small front garden. Its rendered, whitewashed volume is pierced by rectangular windows in horizontal bands and is marked by successive setbacks, rounded corners and overhanging cornices. The set-back top floor provides a large terrace edged by a slender railing.
