Symmetrical Art Deco group of warehouses and dwellings of 1933, according to the building application of that year: two houses of two bays and two storeys flank a taller gatehouse, all under flat roofs, in front of the works buildings of the former construction firm Derks & Hendrickx. The yellow and orange brick façades, laid alternately in horizontal and vertical bond, stand on a high rubble-stone plinth. The inventory singles out the original doors of wood, glass and metal with a fan motif, repeated in the glazed iron gate, whose slight chevron shape echoes the pointed bay windows above the side doors. The group is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
