Multi-family house in the Art Deco style built for Willem Delforge to a 1926 design by the architect Florent Vaes; two permit applications with only slightly differing plans were submitted five months apart. Representative of the discreet Art Deco of his urban works of the 1920s, the asymmetrical and very sober natural-stone cornice façade is dominated by a wide side projection with a three-sided oriel and balcony, and articulated by window recesses with stepped profiles. The iron door and the front-garden railing survive. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
