Terraced house whose façade was remodelled in Art Deco style in 1936. Originally a deep house with a street-facing gable, it now has a cornice façade of four bays and three storeys under a gabled roof, mostly with a rendered facing. Two central rectangular balconies with a floral frieze and Art Deco panels decorate the façade, while the rectangular gateway on the left replaces the former side passage. The property is listed in the inventory of architectural heritage.
