Wide shop-house of three and a half storeys, with pronounced Art Deco forms ("uitgesproken art-deco-vormgeving"), built in 1928 by the architect Gustave Bailyu as his own home. Its Art Deco character lies, according to the inventory, in the gables, the shape of the openings and the design of the iron balcony railings of the top floor. The façade is faced in white brick; the ground floor has been altered. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
