Art Deco town house designed in 1930 by the architect Gustave Bailyu. The façade is faced with glazed brick, with openings and a gable of characteristic design. The wooden joinery survives, but the balcony railings have been replaced. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
