Maison bourgeoise Art déco, Raamstraat 30 — Eeklo

Art Deco house built in 1938 according to the land registry archives. Of two bays and two storeys under a pseudo-mansard roof with dormers, it is built of orange-red brick on a bluestone plinth and marked vertically by brick pilasters and recessed panels. The narrow right-hand bay has a round-arched door and a rectangular window; the wide left-hand bay has a three-sided bay window with an accentuated cornice on the upper floor. All the joinery is original. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
