Art Deco house preserved intact, built in 1927 according to the land registry archives. A terraced house with a double-fronted elevation, of two storeys under a pseudo-mansard roof with dormers, it is built of yellow brick on a contrasting cemented and painted base and a bluestone plinth. The rectangular ground-floor windows have leaf garlands around the transoms and keep their sash windows with decorative glazing bars; the round-arched door, glazed and filled with ironwork, is topped by a similar garland and a keystone. On the upper floor the right-hand side projection carries a curved bay window on a corbel, between taller corner pilasters linked by an openwork parapet, and the decorative brickwork of the parapet includes a lozenge motif. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
