Art Deco shop-house built in 1935, according to the building permit, to plans by the architect Ch. Sestig. The ground-floor shopfront has recently been altered. The surviving upper floor has a single wide oriel-like bay framed by brick corner pilasters, with a rendered string course, now painted blue, and a crowning of the façade.
