This 1933 Art Deco house was designed by the Bruges architect A. Goigne, whose name appears on the facade stone. It has two bays and three storeys under a flat roof; its dark red brick facade alternates with sintered bricks, and black tiles on the top floor suggest a roof slope. An oriel with a rounded corner, resting on a single heavy corbel, dominates the asymmetrical composition. The very well preserved interior is treated throughout in geometric Art Deco forms; the house has been a protected monument since 2004.
