Art Deco house of 1931, designed by the Bruges architect Jozef Priem. Built in dark brown brick with decorative brickwork and recessed bays, it features a characteristic rising three-sided oriel. The joinery survives, with altered transoms, as do well-preserved interior features; a tubular railing closes off the front garden. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
