Town house of 1933 designed by the architect Hendrik Verbruggen, with an Art Deco red-brick façade. The façade is punctuated by cemented lintels, horizontal bands and a dormer topped by a stylised pediment. Typical Art Deco ornament decorates the area above the windows, the vertical strips on the piers, the upper-floor balustrade and the pediment. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
