Art Deco house with garage, designed in 1923 by the architect Octave Van Rysselberghe. The façade in Savonnières stone and brick, notable for its unusual proportions, has three bays and three storeys of increasing height. The ground floor, beneath a frieze of scrolled modillions, has the door flanked by two small lights and two windows, with wrought-iron grilles of Secessionist design; the upper windows are linked by their toothed jambs. On the left, the Savonnières-stone garage has a slate mansard roof; the original doors and window frames survive, and the house is recorded in the inventory.
