Art Deco town house designed in 1928, according to the inscription on the facade, by the architect Egide Van der Paal for Jules Wantz. The three-bay, three-storey facade under a flat roof combines brownish-red brick and white stone, with two caryatids by the sculptor Frans Claessens in the spandrels of the round-arched door. The neighbouring houses at nos. 12, 13 and 14, designed the same year by other architects, each have their own entry.
