Art Deco house that Charles Emile Victor built around 1929 on his own account and to his own design (permit file of 1929); the detailed plans, with drawings of a "Flemish hearth" and an Art Deco door between the drawing room and living room, suggest that it was his own home. It replaced a garage belonging to the town house at no. 98 Amerikalei. Of three bays and three storeys under a mansard roof, this brick building follows a classical layout in the nineteenth-century tradition. The low ground floor with a garage is marked by an undulating string course on which the first-floor bow window rests. The façade is decorated with Art Deco ornament — garlands of fruit and foliage —, ironwork on the front door and balcony, and a cornice on heavy brackets. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
