Art Deco block of rental flats with an asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect E. Van Vaerenbergh in 1932. The orange-brick façade is set off with rendered elements and bluestone, and some openings have cut-off upper corners. A carriage entrance with wheel guards opens on the ground floor, and a trapezoidal oriel on a corbel, with a hipped roof, enlivens the façade. Two timber dormers crown the building, whose joinery survives with its fanlights with glazing bars; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
