Art Deco apartment building erected in 1927 to designs by the architect J. Petitbad. It has four storeys under a mansard roof pierced by three dormers, with three bays on the ground floor and two on the upper floors, the right-hand one taking the form of an oriel. The brick façade, enhanced with bands of reconstituted French stone, stands on a rusticated base storey in French stone. The ground-floor openings are round-arched and those of the upper floors rectangular with cross-bars, all framed in French stone. The building is recorded in the inventory.
