On the corner of Rue Cervantès, an Art Deco apartment building erected in 1932 for the S.A.B.I.E. (Société Anonyme Bruxelloise Immobilière Entreprise). The six-storey, nine-bay elevation under a flat roof combines red brick, rendered elements and blue imitation stone above a high granito base. The projecting upper storeys are lit by rectangular windows with rusticated jambs; the corner bay has three paired mullioned windows, with loggias on the top three floors, under a strongly overhanging rendered concrete cornice. The entrance on the avenue is a round-arched door of wrought iron and textured glass; the building has two luxury flats per floor and is recorded in the inventory.
