An Art Deco house signed on the façade by the architect Guillaume De Vos, 1927. The symmetrical four-storey elevation, the top storey beneath a false mansard, is in brick set off with rendered elements, on a rubble-stone plinth. Trapezoidal balconies with wrought-iron railings between pedestals front the first and second floors; the third has a cornice flanked by pilasters and a wall dormer. The same architect also designed the apartment buildings at nos. 56 and 58, built on his own account and now heavily altered.
