Villa Zeerot — Knokke-Heist

The "Zeerot" villa in the Art Deco style, built in 1933 to designs by the Ostend architect Sylvain Robert Smis. The partly rendered brickwork has a decorative bond. The characteristic rounded bay window above the entrance was originally a plain balcony, and the railings have been replaced with smoked glass. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
