Villa Art déco, Zwitserspad 8 — Knokke-Heist

This Art Deco villa was built in 1936 to designs by the architect Georges Servais. In exposed brick on a high base laid in a different bond, it stands out for its very heavy construction, with massive piers linked by railings. The projecting ground-floor sections are topped by balconies, the entrance opens under a large round-arched porch and the garden wall is treated in the same style.
