Interwar shop-house, built in 1938 in the Art Deco style by the fruit merchant A. De Cock, according to the cadastral records. Of two bays and two storeys under a flat roof, it is built in brick, with black glazed tiles on the ground floor and yellow brick facing on the upper floor. The asymmetrical façade combines a shopfront with a central door on the ground floor and, on the upper floor, corbelled projections, a bay window and a balcony, marked by rendered semicircular pilaster strips. The openings are rectangular, and the taller left-hand bay ends in a characteristic open attic. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
