Art Deco house of three storeys and two bays, built under a 1929 building permit and recorded in the inventory. Its façade of brick, white stone and artificial stone is treated sculpturally and crowned by a pierced trapezoidal attic with dice blocks. The private entrance and the shop sit beneath a heavy cornice with dice blocks. The upper floors are marked by worked piers; the first floor is hollowed into a trapezoidal recess holding a two-sided projecting bay, below paired rectangular windows.
