Art Deco block of flats with a rear garage, designed by the architect J. Tassenoy in 1928-1929 through the complete remodelling of a double house of 1889; it is recorded in the inventory. The four-storey, five-bay façade in artificial stone is centred on a projection holding two superimposed trapezoidal projecting bays, flanked by balconies. The window surrounds, aprons and frieze carry careful Art Deco ornament, with geometric ironwork on the railings, grilles and doors and stained glass in the shop fanlights. At the rear, the concrete-framed garage has three levels, with a ramp and, originally, a lift.
