Art Deco house designed in 1933 by the architect Lucien De Munnynck (Kortrijk). It is characterised by its use of materials and colour and by a striking slanted oriel. Its appearance has however been greatly altered by the replacement of the windows and door and the addition of a dormer. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
