Art Deco town house built around 1927, whose rendered and recently painted cornice façade is signed "J. DE BRUYCKER ARCHITECT ROESELARE". Its façade has a decorative treatment, whereas the inventory describes modernist houses, often made up of geometric volumes, as typical of the architect. The door bay is accentuated in particular by a stone bay window on heavy corbels, and a frieze of recessed panels carries flower baskets. The rectangular windows have decorated reveals on the upper floor and an additional toothed lintel on the ground floor; above the renewed door of the porch, a leaded-glass transom bears the initials BV. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
