An Art Deco dwelling designed in 1937 by Poly Scherpereel of Kortrijk. The bay windows have round pilaster strips at the corners; on the right, a square pilaster strip ends in a rounded form and originally supported a flagpole. The style also shows in the design of the door surrounds, the doors and the gateway. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
