House of 1934, of three storeys under a flat roof, designed by Poly Scherpereel of Kortrijk in a style the inventory describes as typical Art Deco. This shows in the use of colour and materials: a plinth including a signed tile, the window surrounds of the upper floors and a door bay carried up the façade. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
