Unfortunately cluttered with signs according to the inventory, this “Art Deco” facade on the Rue du Collège was designed by the architect M. Depelsenaire in 1932. Above a commercial ground floor rise three storeys in concrete and brick. They are strongly structured by three vertical elements with geometric projections. The building is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
