Immeuble de rapport, avenue Général Michel 13 — Charleroi

This block of rental flats was built in 1936 by the architect M. Depelsenaire. The corner building in brick and concrete, under a flat roof, has five floors of flats above a preserved commercial ground floor. According to the inventory record, its treatment of the corner is close to the ideas of the Amsterdam School and still marked by Art Deco. It is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
