Modernist villa designed around 1930 by Marcel and Henri Leborgne for the businessman Dirickx (or Dirickz) in Sint-Genesius-Rode, in Flemish Brabant; the building permit application dates from 1931. A large four-storey villa with a flat roof, built in reinforced concrete with steel joinery, it combines a decorative approach with a Corbusian vocabulary, with recessed terraces on every level and a free-standing spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace. It sits in a landscaped garden attributed to Lucien Boucher. It has been a protected monument since 1990.
