An Art Deco villa built in 1925 by the architect Maurice Ladrière, set back behind a small front garden enclosed by low walls and railings. Built of brick on a high base of sandy limestone, with limestone bands and areas of light render on the upper floors, the two-storey L-shaped building, under a slate mansard-type gable roof, is enlivened by recesses and projections. The entrance is sheltered in the angle beneath a small loggia topped by a balcony; to the right, the wing treated entirely in curves is crowned by a truncated gable and a curved balustrade on the top floor.
