A performance hall built in 1903-1904 to plans by Paul Tombeur, then restored by the architect Devignée after a fire in 1926. On that occasion, a new Art Deco façade, rendered and painted, replaced the original. It features bow windows adorned with Art Deco ironwork, winged female figures bearing the masks of comedy and tragedy, and a "Trocadéro" frontispiece. The street façade, the roofs and the auditorium are listed.
