Uniform pair of two houses laid out in mirror image, built in 1935 according to land registry data, whose yellow-brick Art Deco facing with horizontal joints is well preserved. The façade is stressed vertically by the three- and two-light windows, the corner pilasters and the paired door bay, whose slightly projecting stepped wall section breaks through the cornice on the upper floor and ends in a geometric ornament. The rectangular windows keep their joinery with horizontal glazing bars and sills of green glazed tiles. The porch with rounded corners, under a concrete canopy faced with terrazzo, holds two Art Deco doors with transoms separated by a stained-glass side light. The pair is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
