Maison bourgeoise Art déco, Stationsstraat 162 — Deerlijk

This Art Deco town house was built in 1932, according to cadastral records. Its yellow-brick façade with decorative bonds rests on a bluestone base and is finished with a band faced in terrazzo. The window bay, framed by pilaster strips, combines a three-light window with chamfered corners and a two-sided oriel. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
