A large Art Deco villa built in 1935 to plans by the architect Armand Castiaux, it was the “showcase house” of Pierre Petroons, who invented cimorné around 1930. Clearly visible along the main road thanks to the colours of its cimorné render, it showed passers-by what this technique could do. It combines three cubic volumes of three storeys under a flat roof, the central one projecting and flanked by a rotunda on the left corner, the whole faced with blue and green cimorné with a little grey in the details. The building has been somewhat altered: cornices altered with red tiles, a kind of glazed canopy over the balcony, window frames. The garden shed, the low boundary wall and the letterbox, in the same style, are partly damaged. It is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
