An Art Deco villa signed by Armand Castiaux in 1938, consisting of a cubic volume under a flat roof flanked, at the garden-side corner, by a rotunda beneath a balcony. It was originally clad in grey-beige cimorné render, with a base and decorative elements in black mosaïverre glass mosaic highlighted with turquoise, window corner columns and an entablature in grey cimorné, and a pinkish cornice and brackets. This original render has no longer been visible since the house was painted white and pink in the 1990s, as was the pierced concrete street fence.

Translated from the French original.
