Town house in the Art Deco style built in 1944 in Petegem-aan-de-Schelde by the architect R. Vandevelde for G. Geeraert, founder of Ridobel. A double-fronted house of two storeys under a tiled hipped roof with its ridge parallel to the street, it stands at the back of a lawned and tree-planted garden. Its decoration relies on yellow brick, black glazed tiles and a rectangular wrought-iron door with sunflower scrolls, formerly patinated with red calyxes and copper knobs, now painted green with gilded floral scrolls. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
